This agreement determines the sales terms of digital services (Artist Membership, Promotion, etc.) offered through the Tattink platform.
1. PARTIES AND SCOPE These Terms of Use ("Agreement") are binding for all artists ("Artist") and users ("Customer") who access the services offered through the TattInk mobile application ("Platform"). By using the Platform, you are deemed to have accepted these terms irrevocably.
2. ROLE OF THE PLATFORM AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TattInk is an independent digital marketplace that brings together Artists and Customers. TattInk is not a party, guarantor, or representative of the service contract concluded between the parties. TattInk has no legal or criminal responsibility in aesthetic, medical, or legal disputes arising from tattoo, piercing, and similar procedures performed.
3. HEALTH, HYGIENE, AND CONSENT DECLARATION Body art procedures are non-surgical interventions that disrupt skin integrity. The Customer acknowledges that they are fully informed about allergic reactions, infection risks, and the permanence of the procedure. Providing medical suitability checks and sterilization standards is exclusively the responsibility of the Artist; accepting these risks and consenting to the procedure is the responsibility of the Customer.
4. APPOINTMENT AND PAYMENT TERMS Appointment requests created through the Platform are in the nature of a preliminary meeting. The credit system used within the application is the service fee of the platform and is not the fee for the procedure to be performed. Financial transactions between the Artist and the Customer are under the parties' own responsibility.
5. REFUND POLICY Digital services and memberships are consumed instantly upon activation and are generally non-refundable. However, for technical issues or non-delivered services, users may contact support within 14 days.
6. AGE RESTRICTION You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. TattInk is not responsible for any legal age requirements regarding tattoo or piercing procedures in your local jurisdiction.
7. USER CONTENT Users are prohibited from uploading content that includes nudity, violence, or copyright infringement. TattInk reserves the right to remove non-compliant content and suspend accounts without prior notice.
